| * The area to be pickled must be clear of all grease or contaminants. |
| * YESCLEAN-DIP832 is mixed in a volume ratio of 1:1 to 1:3 with water The water must be put in first, and then the correct quantity of YESCLEAN-DIP832 is added. |
| * The optimal reaction time must be determined in a preliminary test. The pickling times are extended through the loading of iron in the bath. The maximum loading in a pickling bath of YESCLEAN-DIP832 (used 1:1) is approx. 30 g/l iron. The acid content and the iron concentration must be regularly checked by titration using a Technical Laboratory. YESCLEAN-DIP832 should be used with a bath temperature of 18 - 22° C. |
| * Upon completion, the surface dipped in the pickling bath must be rinsed under cold water, either by immersion in a bath or by using a high pressure water jet appliance (at a pressure of at least 120 bar). The rinsing effect can be improved and enhanced by employing plastic or stainless steel wire brushes. Rinse until the water running off is neutral (check with indicator paper). |

| APPLICATION PROCEDURE |
| For passivating, scale and mineral deposit removal, YESCLEAN-852 is used at 10% concentration and brushed on or circulated through equipment at temperatures from 21°C (70°F) to 71°C (160°F maximum). Cleaning time will depend on type and extent of soil to be removed but should generally be limited to that required to remove contamination. It can also be used in tanks by immersing the whole part into the solution at the correct concentration. Avoid contact or mixing with chlorine-releasing materials. |

ZINCOSHEEN 772 provides excellent and quick Brightness as compared to others and is totally trouble free while plating the parts. It provides scratch free, high degree of extra Levelling, Ductility, imparting high lustrous finish and will plate directly on carbonitrided and malleable Iron. Has an exceptional, high speed deposition rate, covering LCD areas uniformily. The grains deposited are so fine that it gives a lustrous glaze at all times. Deposits are very active and very suitable for subsequent post treatment. Chromate Conversion Coatings on this finish gives an extra adhesion and decorative colours. |
